PSA – this is the cheapest I’ve seen the big daddy V5 2020 Wahoo Kickr. Kickr ’18 / v5 – Firmware v3.5.2 / v4.2.5

If you have a 2018 or v5 (2020) Wahoo Kickr, a new firmware came out for them last week. It’s not a massive change, but it’s awesome if you use the smart trainer in a light sensitive environment. Update your ’18 Kickr

Looks like Wahoo dropped a firmware update for KICKR ’18s which addresses stability issues and adds cadence support over ANT+. I wouldn’t use the ANT+ thing personally, but it is nice if you’re training with a headunit that doesn’t support Bluetooth or via an ANT+ dongle with something like Zwift.…
