Ribble Cycles Launches SL e Hero and Endurance AL e, you guessed it e-bikes

There is definitely something to be said for e-bikes that don’t look like obvious e-bikes. How else can you demoralize the local apex predators when coolly passing them by without breaking a sweat? Ribble Cycles has two e-bikes that do exactly that, and are relatively light (in e-bike terms) as well as being svelte. Ribble Cycles launch superlight e-bikes    Ribble’s flagship and award-winning electric carbon road bike, the Endurance SL e, is now available…

Hallelujah! ZwiftHub is Saved!

While ZwiftHub isn’t a critical cycling utility, it certainly makes tracking achievements in Zwift so much easier. Like to the point, where I actually do it, instead YOLO’g every course selection. Thankfully, it has received a stay, and will be joining the ZwiftInsider family – which totally makes sense, as does Zwift throwing them a few $ to make the transition. Toby did some very fine work with ZwiftHub, and we knew…

Roval Announces Rapide C 38

Offering a lifetime no-fault crash warranty alongside modern rim specifications (cough, including tubeless support), the Roval Rapide C 38 wheelset seems like a decent offering, especially considering the $1,000 price tag alongside its DT Swiss 370 star-ratchet freehub. They aren’t the lightest set available, but 1600g isn’t terrible for what should be a solid set of wheels. Product Specifications: 38mm External Rim 21mm Internal Rim Width Carbon Clincher Tubeless Ready New DT…

What’s the value of fancy paint and an integrated headset?

I’ve never ridden a Cervélo Áspero, or any Cervélo for that matter, but from what I can tell it seems like a nice gravel focused bike that would be totally fine as a road bike as long as maximizing speed on the road wasn’t a critical requirement. I also love what they’re doing with the paint, while it might not be to everyone’s taste, I think it looks fantastic and really makes…

Zwift PC App HTTP 403 Error

I don’t generally use Zwift on my PC to ride the trainer, but that doesn’t mean I don’t use it. It’s the best (and only AFAIK) way to load custom workouts for Zwift on closed boxes like the Apple TV. Unfortunately, today when I tried to do exactly that, I received the error message above immediately upon launching Zwift. There a lot of troubling in that screenshot. First, HTTP 403 is an…

I’m a bit lost here, someone help me out

I can only speculate around the unique challenges that MAWILs face when nature calls, but apparently Endura has the ladies covered with their new Pro SL EGM bibshort. Which alongside a chamois very thoroughly contemplated by Phil, has a “Drop Seat” feature to make it possible to use the toilet without taking off the shoulder straps, and I imagine the jersey that surrounds them. This sounds very handy for those situations, butt…

Ribble Adds Budget Trail Bikes To Their Portfolio

I must admit that I don’t know much about Ribble’s (UK based bike OEM) lineup for road, gravel, or trail. So this slipped under the radar a couple days ago when they launched. If you’re in the market for a aluminum (or aluminium) trail bike, the HT Trail AL 29 and HT AL present very good value-for-money especially considering Ribble’s unique customization options.
