As a middle-aged man I see a lot ads and noise around testosterone and hormone replacement therapy. Spent some time digging into the research and other scientific data recently, thought it would be useful to discuss some of the nuance that is often missed.
I completely agree. I’m 50 and fit, and I wish I could go back to 35 and discover TRT. It’s not about over use, it’s about health. A good level of testosterone is more beneficial than the opposite
I would love to go back to 35 and do a long list of things differently 🙂
