If we needed any confirmation that age group is the only realistic target…

I really enjoy Dylan’s race breakdown videos. He tells the story in a way that I wish I could in my own. But, that doesn’t mean that it’s all good – because he also shares his power numbers :). Dear lord… Wow… 150 miles of gravel, still has over a 1000W in the legs… Did I say wow? Great job Dylan. I’ll be sticking to age categories 😉…

What the F@$%^@#, Garmin?!?

I literally yelled those words, well swap out the special characters, at my TV yesterday while I was on the trainer catching up on some DCR YouTube… If you’ve already seen his video I imagine that you had a similar experience when Ray mentioned that the price is $300, for a couple bearings and some plastic. Because there is no universe where that is a reasonable price for what the Tacx Neo…

The Bear 100, Hibernator 100, and Nicolet Frosty Bear are fundraisers for the Laona Rescue Squad. They will be out…

Saris Launches MHS Hitch System

I have a Saris SuperClamp EX 4-Bike that I use all the time to carry bikes around. It’s even on the car right now :). As cool as it is, there are times when something like the new Saris MHS could be a step up in capability, if they do interesting things with the modularity of the system. In its current form, it still might be better because it looks like there’s…

Bike Fit in Chicago North Shore (Wilmette, IL)

I haven’t gone to Lotus1 Mulisport for a fit (yet), but a couple of my friends have, and they highly recommend it. Given the lack of personal experience, this might seem like a strange post, but the purpose here is to help Lotus1 Multisport show up, and hopefully displace, one of the fitters I had a bad experience with :). Being good at bike fitting, doesn’t necessarily translate into being good at…
